Get to Know Us
Hello, I'm Shane. You might have heard my name as Shawn or Steve, but it's definitely Shane.
I am originally from Lexington, Kentucky, and proudly served in the Marine Corps before dedicating my time to serving the Lexington community as a firefighter and first responder.
Our family currently resides just outside of Nashville, Tn, consisting of myself, my wife, Jenny, and our two sons, Alex and Ashton.
My journey as a baker began in 2015, right before I retired from the fire department in 2017. My cheesecakes were featured and sold in the Caramanda's bake shops throughout Lexington.
